At NurusySyabab, all payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the specialized nature of our services, which require significant advance preparation and coordination. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, we commit resources and schedule manpower—including musicians and event staff—well in advance to ensure a high-quality experience for your event.

Because each booking involves organizing and confirming multiple individuals and logistics, cancellations create disruptions and often result in costs that cannot be recovered. Therefore, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be provided once payment is made, regardless of circumstances.
